Europe joins Brighton

The coorganizers and members from the different countries gathered in Brighton at the Malvern Hotel lobby for our first meeting. We discussed the aims for the work to be done this week. The schedule for the workdays was planned out. There was also an inventory taken over the materials available during the week and what would be needed to arrange. We started brainstorming about what our expectations for the main event were and how our goals could be realized. This evening meeting was mainly to put the virtual connection of the participants into reality and get everything ready to go the next morning.
