It took Jenny about 10 minutes to calm down in the train. Tom had stored her luggage - good old Tom! Dressed as usually, but his hair seemed different, another cut? Well, 1 hour and 40 minutes to Frankfurt: time enough to look at her article about Eamus Redmond, whose paintings (art brut; Redmond was a scholar / disciple of Jean Dubuffet, the "Irish Dubuffet", as the newspaper said) she planed to see in Dublin. "well Tom, was there an e-mail from the Dublin-Art-Gallery yesterday?"

Damned, interruption by the conductor. Tom seized in his jacket pocket, but it was empty. He searched in the other jacket pockets and in his trouser pockets. Unsuccessful. "Damned! The tickets must have left on the kitchen-table at home. If you have no tickets, you must take supplementary," said the conductor. Jenny laughed in her blasé way. "Well Tom, pull out your purse and pay." "No, no, we have tickets, they must be somewhere. Please wait, I still search in the luggage." "OK, than I´ll control first the other passengers and come back later." Without success ransacked Tom his rucksack and there was ...his house rat! "Jenny, can you imagine, Limerick is in the bag. Can you take him?" "Oh good morning Mr. Limerick? Do you want to come with us to Limerick?" Jenny wasn't really surprised to see the rat and paced him in her right hand. - As the woman vis-à-vis saw the rat she cried: "Help, Help, a rat, Help!" Alarmed by the hysterical screaming the conductor hurried along "What has happened? Ah so, a rat. Appease you again, my lady. It is only a little house-rat." "It is a impudence, a bit strong impudence to share the train with such a horrible creature. I search another place. It is impudence!" She angrily left the abbey.

The conductor asked Tom: "Have you found the tickets meanwhile?" "Unfortunately not. I started to search in my bag at the moment when my rat appeared. "In 8 minutes we'll arrive at Fulda, if you couldn´t find your tickets, you must take supplementary and if you haven't enough money, get out!" "Don't worry, my partner will find the tickets before we'll arrive at Fulda." Jenny caressed Mr. Limerick and decided to leave the compartment for a cigarette. At that moment Tom got out his work papers and some loose sheets floated down to the floor. Between them: The tickets! He breathed a sigh of relief and handed the tickets out to the conductor. Then he said to Jenny: "Now you can give me Mr. Limerick. I will put him back to the travelling-bag!"
