Hi everybody, my name is Deirdre O' Donnell. I am 26 years old and I am a student. They say being a student is the best days of your life and I certainly agree with that! I was born on Achill island on the 25th of August 1982. I have one brother and his name is Martin. He is 23 and is now living in Dublin city working as a pharmacist in St. James hospital. Like I said I am still a student but as I found the life in Ireland slighly boring and found that none of the college courses appealed to me I decided to pack my bags and head of to a place I had heard of in Geography class but knew little of before - Bonn. Here I started my degree in philosophy (with I love and enjoy greatly) and that's how I met Paula (SOPHIA's character). As Paula is studying American Literature and Philosophy we take some of our classes together and we got to know each other and we became really good friends. We decided to move into a three bedroomed apartment along with her sister with whom I get on extremely well. I am in Bonn a year and a half now and I travel home to Achill regularly to visit my family.
I am not exactly sure how I am related to Brain O' Donnell but I believe it is on my f ather's side. My grandfather, I think, was his first cousin ie. Their fathers were brothers, and that's probably how I ended up with the surname O' Donnell. I would be ever so grateful if anybody could send me some information about my family tree as my grandfather is now dead a few years and my father does not have much information.
